Allen Jay Popoff, the lead singer for the rock band Lit, was arrested Nov. 10, 1999, in Charlotte, N.C., for allegedly exposing himself on stage during a concert. The 26-year-old rocker was jailed overnight for misdemeanor indecent exposure. Unfazed by the arrest, the band -- which became an alternative radio mainstay with the song "My Own Worst Enemy" -- continued with its tour the next day.
